Add 5ml (one capful) to a drawn warm bath. Agitate the surface of the water to disperse the oil before immersing yourself. Take a deep breath and relax. To avoid a slippery surface, clean bath after use.
Cautions:
For adults only, keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. For external use only. Not recommended during pregnancy. If suffering from a medical condition, seek advice from a doctor before use.

We have his and hers bottles of CR bath oils in our household. I love RELAX, my husband uses RESTORE. They are really really therapeutic. Lots of bath potions smell nice but don’t really do much, these REALLY do. And they smell divine. Relax version ensures a lovely nights sleep, (and washes away a grumpy middle aged woman’s long list of irritations very effectively!!!)
Just make sure you hide them from teenage daughters - far too nice for them!
