SHIPPING & RETURNS

We currently only deliver to the UK and have the following options available:
 

Standard UK Shipping (up to 1kg / usually 2-4 working days): £2.95

Standard UK Shipping (up to 5kg / usually 2-4 working days): £5.50
UK Next Working Day Delivery (up to 1kg / place order by midday): £7.95

We aim to ship all in-stock items within 48 hours of your order being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays in the UK. Due to the ongoing pandemic, it is possible that next-day services may not be delivered on the next day.

Returns Information

If a product you have ordered is damaged, please send a detailed email along with a photograph of your order to hello@cotswoldremedies.co.uk no later than 7 working days after delivery and we will assess the damage and issue a replacement of the item immediately.

We cannot accept returns as a result of any skin conditions or reactions. We are always happy to help if you have any questions before and after purchase, and recommend reading the full ingredient list and how to use information prior to purchasing.
